Feature :
A tough dependable mixer for kneading and mixing all kinds of dough.
The mixers offer flexible service for all mixing functions in bakeries, biscuit plants, restaurants, hotels, and other food-processing operations. The four-speed transmission provides an excellent range of beater speeds. The mixer is installed with Attachment Hub and is already for meat grinder and vegetable slicer. (Except HL-11147T and HL-11200T).
SPECIFICATIONS-------------------------------------
Transmission :
Two speeds are shifted in motor, 2 speeds are in gears. The constant-mesh helical gears are made of hardened alloy steel. All shafts are mounted in ball or roller bearings. Gears receive continuous oil lubrications. Oil level is indicated through an easy-view sight glass.

Motor :
Power is provided by high-torque motor with ball-type bearings. The three-phase system is a poly-phase squirrel cage, induction-run type.
Electrical : 220-50-3, 220-60-3, 380-50-3, 440-50-3 and other three phase electric specifications are available.
Light :
Push-Button control, clearly lighten the inner bowl, to raise mixing efficiency.
Timer :
30 minutes standard, shut off mixer automatically in any speed after preset time has elapsed.
Finish :
Standard machine enamel.
Standard accessories :
Includes a stainless steel bowl, hook, beater, whip and truck.
